Eugene Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Eugene Airport (EUG), also known as Mahlon Sweet Field, is a compact regional airport located about seven miles north of downtown Eugene. Alaska, American, Delta, and United all serve EUG, and it's a relatively painless airport for solo travelers — but for a large group hauling luggage after a connection through Seattle or San Francisco, figuring out how to move everyone from baggage claim to a hotel or event venue is a different problem entirely. Commercial vehicles, including buses and limos, pick up at the arrivals curb outside baggage claim.
Gather your full group and all luggage before your pickup time — the curb at a small airport like EUG moves quickly and buses can't sit and wait. Review the official Eugene Airport ground transportation page before you land to confirm the current commercial vehicle pickup point.
A full-size charter bus with undercarriage luggage bays makes the EUG-to-downtown Eugene run smooth and direct, with no juggling of multiple rideshare requests or sorting out who fits in which car. Call 458-296-9500 to set up your Eugene airport transfer today!

Eugene Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Your bachelorette party shouldn't end just because the bars stop serving — and with a party bus in the Whiteaker neighborhood, it doesn't have to. Start the night at Ninkasi Brewing Company (272 Van Buren St, Eugene, OR 97402) for pints in the taproom, move through the Whit to Oakshire Brewing (1055 Madera St), and keep going however your crew feels like without worrying about parking, walking distance, or who's staying sober to navigate the one-way streets home. The Whiteaker has some of the best craft beer in Oregon packed into a compact neighborhood with near-impossible street parking on weekend nights — driving between stops is an actual headache, rideshare availability in a smaller market like Eugene can be spotty late at night, and out-of-town guests won't know the neighborhood at all.
A 15- to 50-passenger party bus comes with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs, and your whole crew stays together from the first stop to the last. Call 458-296-9500 to get your Eugene bachelorette party bus lined up now!

Eugene Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Eugene has a strong tradition of milestone celebrations, and arriving in a party bus makes for an entrance worth remembering — whether the birthday person is turning 15 or 50. Birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 are a great fit for any milestone, and you can request white, black, or other colored buses to match your theme. Whether the evening heads to a banquet room at the Hilton Eugene, an event hall in Springfield, or a milestone dinner through the Whiteaker — every size is available here, so you find exactly what your celebration calls for.
For adult milestone birthdays, a wine-country dinner at King Estate Winery (80854 Territorial Rd, Eugene, OR 97405) hits differently when nobody in your group has to handle the rural roads on the way back to town. Instead of asking your guests to rely on rideshares or figure out their own way home after a long evening, a party bus from one of the providers you compare on Eugenepartybuscompany.com handles pickup, drop-off, and navigation across Eugene and the surrounding area. Use the quote tool to check bus availability in Eugene in seconds!

Eugene Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Summer concert nights at the Cuthbert Amphitheater (2300 Leo Harris Pkwy, Eugene, OR 97401) in Alton Baker Park are one of the best parts of the Willamette Valley — but if you've tried to park there on a sold-out show night, you already know the lot off Leo Harris Pkwy fills up well before the opening act. Overflow parking pushes groups toward the Valley River Center area, and on busy evenings the approach roads into the park back up. A party bus drops your crew right at the venue entrance, stages nearby, and picks everyone up when the show ends — no hunting for your car in the dark, no splitting into separate rides after the last song.
When a big touring act comes through the McDonald Theatre (1010 Willamette St, Eugene, OR 97401) downtown, metered parking along Willamette Street disappears fast on weekend nights too.
A party bus to a Eugene concert turns the whole night into the experience — with a built-in bar, Bluetooth sound, and LED lighting from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Input your trip details once, then compare vehicle options and pricing just like that. Call 458-296-9500 to get your concert bus squared away!

Eugene Corporate Event Transportation
A corporate shuttle found through Eugenepartybuscompany.com makes the transportation piece of your event the easy part. Shuttling a team between hotels and the Hilton Eugene and Conference Center (66 E 6th Ave, Eugene, OR 97401) on event day means nobody's circling downtown Eugene's metered blocks trying to find a two-hour spot — the bus drops your group at the conference center entrance and handles the rest. For multi-day conventions or larger events at the Lane Events Center (796 W 13th Ave, Eugene, OR 97402), a shuttle circuit between your hotel block and the venue keeps everyone on schedule without the guesswork of carpooling across town.
Hosting a team-building offsite at King Estate Winery, eight miles south on Territorial Road? A minibus handles the rural approach without a logistical headache. For executive transfers between Eugene Airport and downtown hotels or UO campus meeting spaces, a Sprinter van delivers the polished experience without being oversized for the task.
You can build daily, weekly, or event-length shuttle schedules around your own itinerary — just call 458-296-9500 to discuss Eugene corporate shuttle options and group rates!

Eugene Private Event Transportation Services
Planning a big group outing anywhere in the Willamette Valley? A Eugene private charter bus, party bus, or minibus rental keeps your entire itinerary flowing smoothly — whether you're organizing a family reunion, a church retreat, a milestone birthday dinner, or a day trip out to the Oregon Country Fair.
The Oregon Country Fair in Veneta (held the second full weekend of July each year at a site about 13 miles west of Eugene on OR-126) draws 45,000+ attendees across three days. Traffic on OR-126 West toward Veneta backs up for miles on Fair days, parking at the Fairgrounds is off-site with its own shuttle transfer, and rideshare demand in a smaller metro like Eugene is unpredictable during large events. A private charter bus from your hotel or home base gets your whole group out early, together, without fighting for a parking spot or standing in a shuttle queue.
For family reunions at Hendricks Park (East 20th Ave & Fairmount Blvd, Eugene, OR 97403) or group outings along the Alton Baker Park trail system, a bus keeps everyone on the same schedule instead of managing a five-car caravan through Eugene traffic. Call 458-296-9500 right now to get started!

Eugene Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season — typically April through May across Lane County — is Eugene's single busiest period for party bus and charter bus rentals. Lane County high schools including South Eugene, North Eugene, Sheldon, Churchill, Thurston, and Willamette High School all hold proms within a compressed six-week window, and the Eugene Marathon typically lands in the same spring stretch, adding further demand on an already stretched local fleet. For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability by spring.
A typical six-hour prom rental for 25–30 students — school pickup, a pre-prom photo stop at Hendricks Park or the UO campus, venue drop-off at a downtown hotel ballroom, and late-night return — runs around $1,500–$1,900 all-inclusive when booked four to six months early, but pricing climbs and availability tightens hard for late-bookers. Eugenepartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare buses, confirm your pickup plan, and keep prom night moving on schedule — with the right amenities for whatever your group has planned. Compare multiple bus types side by side to find the right fit!

Eugene School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and chaperones will appreciate how easy Eugenepartybuscompany.com makes comparing buses and rates for school field trips — and one call helps you plan every logistical detail. Instead of coordinating a string of parent carpools through Eugene, one bus handles pickups and drop-offs across Lane County without the headache. Whether it's a local trip to the University of Oregon Museum of Natural and Cultural History (1680 E 15th Ave, Eugene, OR 97403) or the Science Factory Children's Museum & Planetarium in Alton Baker Park, or a longer haul to the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry in Portland, it all starts with one call.
Charter buses offer major advantages over traditional yellow school buses — students will love watching movies on the onboard TVs, while student-athletes can use WiFi and power outlets on longer trips to stay productive. Onboard restrooms on select vehicles make extended drives to the Oregon Coast or Crater Lake National Park far more manageable. ADA-accessible buses are available too — just mention it when you request your quote.
Call 458-296-9500 to get a quick price on your Eugene school field trip bus!

Eugene Sporting Event Transportation
Ducks fans know the game-day drill on Franklin Boulevard: traffic stacks up from I-5 to Agate Street hours before kickoff, university-managed lots near Autzen fill up and close cash acceptance on big games, and the pedestrian bridges over the Willamette River pack out post-game. If your group is driving in from Springfield, Junction City, or anywhere further out on I-5, that post-game crawl out of the stadium area can add a full hour to your trip home. A bus to Autzen Stadium (2700 MLK Jr Blvd, Eugene, OR 97401) changes that entirely — your group rides in together, the pregame energy builds on board, and the return trip is already handled.
Track fans heading to Hayward Field (1580 E 13th Ave, Eugene, OR 97403) face a different but equally real challenge: street parking around the UO campus disappears on meet days, and the network of one-way campus roads is genuinely confusing for first-timers. For the US Olympic Trials — which Hayward Field has hosted and will host again — Eugene's smaller-city infrastructure is simply not built for the crowd surge. A bus drops your group at the venue and stages nearby while your group watches the fastest athletes in the country.
For fan groups wanting a built-in tailgate experience on the way over, a 15- to 50-passenger party bus has a full-length bar and sound system ready from pickup to starting gun. Call 458-296-9500 for a quick quote!

Eugene Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Planning a wedding in Eugene or the surrounding Willamette Valley means coordinating guests between hotel blocks, ceremony spaces, and reception venues in a city where out-of-towners often aren't familiar with the road layout. A Eugene wedding shuttle keeps travel smooth between your hotel block and venues like the Hult Center for the Performing Arts (1 Eugene Center, Eugene, OR 97401), the Valley River Inn (1000 Valley River Way, Eugene, OR 97401), or a vineyard ceremony at King Estate Winery — without asking your guests to navigate rural Territorial Road alone after the reception ends.
If your reception is at the Hult Center, your guests are right in the heart of downtown Eugene — but parking downtown on a weekend evening, especially when another event is happening at the Hult, can be a real hunt. A wedding minibus running clean loops from your hotel block to the venue entrance means nobody in your wedding party circles the 5th Street Public Market parking structure looking for a spot or walks four blocks in formal wear. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo also makes the perfect bridal party vehicle on the wedding day itself.
Because Eugenepartybuscompany.com makes it easy to plan every detail up front, your wedding timeline stays tight from first quote to final drop-off. Call 458-296-9500 today!

Eugene Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Willamette Valley is one of the top wine regions in the country, and Eugene sits right at the southern edge of it — with a dozen serious estate wineries within 15 miles of downtown. Wherever your itinerary takes you — from King Estate Winery (80854 Territorial Rd, Eugene, OR 97405), one of the largest organic estate wineries in North America, to Sweet Cheeks Winery (27007 Crow Rd, Eugene, OR 97402) for bold Pinot Noir on the west side, to Silvan Ridge Winery for Pinot Gris poured in a barn setting south of town — your group stays together in a comfortable Eugene winery tour bus rental, sharing every pour without anyone taking the wheel on rural Territorial or Crow Road at the end of the night.
For pub crawls through the Whiteaker, Ninkasi Brewing and Oakshire Brewing are just a few blocks apart — but parking in the Whit on a Friday evening is non-existent, and rideshare availability in Eugene's smaller market can be genuinely unpredictable after midnight. A party bus keeps the whole crew together from the first flight to the last round, with no scramble at 11pm. Use the quote tool to compare options and request estimates for your Lane County wine tour today!

Frequently Asked Questions About Eugene Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Eugenepartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not a bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. Fill out the quick quote form to review pricing and available vehicles for your date, then compare the options to find what fits your group.
How much does a party bus cost in Eugene, Oregon?
Eugene party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, the date, and how long you need the bus. To give you an idea: small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $175–$345/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $210–$385/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $250–$425/hour; and full-size charter buses run $130–$250/hour or $1,000–$2,000/day. The fastest way to get an accurate number for your specific date and itinerary is to call 458-296-9500 — all-inclusive pricing takes under 30 seconds to generate.

What is Eugenepartybuscompany.com?
Eugenepartybuscompany.com is a comparison and quote-request website for group ground transportation. It connects you with transportation providers serving Eugene and lets you compare party bus, charter bus, and minibus rentals through one online form — so you can weigh prices and options side by side and find what fits your group. The website does not own or operate any vehicles.
What size bus do I need for a Ducks game at Autzen Stadium?
It depends on your group size. A 25-passenger party bus works great for a tailgate group that wants a built-in bar and sound system on the ride to the game. A 40–56 passenger charter bus is the right call for larger fan groups, with undercarriage storage for gear and equipment.
Smaller groups of six to 14 can compare a Sprinter Van Rental with Driver or 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a more intimate setup. Call 458-296-9500 to talk through the right pick for your headcount!
Can you rent a bus for the Oregon Country Fair in Veneta?
Yes — and it's one of the best uses for a party bus rental in the Eugene area all summer. The Oregon Country Fair (held the second full weekend of July in Veneta, about 13 miles west on OR-126) creates massive traffic on OR-126 West on all three days of the Fair, and parking is entirely off-site with a shuttle transfer. A private charter bus or party bus gets your group to Veneta together and brings everyone home safely — no surge pricing on a rural highway, no waiting for rideshares in a field.
Fair weekend is one of the highest-demand periods for Eugene buses in the summer, so plan well in advance to make sure a vehicle is available!
How does bus pickup work at Eugene Airport (EUG)?
At Eugene Airport, commercial buses meet your group curbside outside baggage claim. Gather your full group and all luggage before the bus is called — the curb at a compact airport like EUG moves quickly and the bus cannot wait at the curb. Check the official EUG ground transportation page before you land to confirm current commercial vehicle pickup procedures, as they can change.
Do not call for the bus until your entire group has bags and is ready to load.
Popular Eugene Party Bus Destinations
A Eugene party bus itinerary can include venues and attractions across the city and the Willamette Valley to keep your group thrilled and moving all day or all night! This list of popular Eugene party bus destinations is a great starting point for planning your trip.

Autzen Stadium
Home of the Oregon Ducks football team, Autzen Stadium (2700 MLK Jr Blvd, Eugene, OR 97401) holds over 54,000 fans and sits on the north side of the Willamette River, accessible by the Day Island Road approach or on foot via the Peter DeFazio pedestrian bridge. On home game days, parking in university-managed lots near the stadium fills hours before kickoff, and university parking services go cashless on major games — leaving late arrivals hunting for metered spots far from the gates. Franklin Boulevard and Agate Street back up from the I-5 interchange well before game time, and post-game exits from the stadium corridor take patience.
A bus drops your fan group at the stadium approach, stages in a designated parking area, and brings everyone home when the final whistle blows — no post-game lot crawl, no missing the first possession while you circle for a spot. Check the full Autzen Stadium group transportation guide for game-day logistics.
Address: 2700 MLK Jr Blvd, Eugene, OR 97401

Hayward Field
Hayward Field (1580 E 13th Ave, Eugene, OR 97403) is one of the most storied track and field venues in the world — recently rebuilt into a 12,500-seat stadium that hosted the 2022 World Athletics Championships and the 2024 US Olympic Track & Field Trials. For events at that scale, Eugene's neighborhood streets around the UO campus essentially run out of parking. The blocks around 13th Ave, Agate St, and the surrounding campus interior see controlled access and significant street congestion on big meet days, with university lots restricted to permit holders.
A bus drops your group at the venue entrance and stages at a parking area arranged in advance, so everyone watches the action without stressing over how to get back to the car afterward. Read the Hayward Field group transportation guide for meet-day specifics and drop-off details.
Address: 1580 E 13th Ave, Eugene, OR 97403

Cuthbert Amphitheater
The Cuthbert Amphitheater sits inside Alton Baker Park along the Willamette River and holds approximately 5,000 fans for outdoor concerts from May through September. The parking lot at the park off Leo Harris Pkwy fills up on any busy show night, and the approach road into the park backs up well before showtime. Many concert-goers end up parking near the Valley River Center and walking the river trail in — which is fine solo, but not the easiest logistics for a group of 20.
A party bus drops your crew right at the venue entrance, stages nearby, and has everyone in a climate-controlled cabin heading home when the show wraps. Read the Cuthbert Amphitheater group transportation guide for the full approach-and-parking breakdown.
Address: 2300 Leo Harris Pkwy, Eugene, OR 97401

Matthew Knight Arena
Matthew Knight Arena (650 E 15th Ave, Eugene, OR 97401) is the 12,541-seat home of Oregon Ducks men's and women's basketball and hosts concerts, graduation ceremonies, and other major campus events throughout the year. The arena sits in the heart of the UO campus, where visitor parking is controlled and limited — the visitor lots and garages along Agate Street and 15th Avenue fill quickly for sold-out games, and university parking enforcement is active on event days. For any show that draws a full house, figuring out where to leave the car before you've even arrived can eat into your evening.
A bus drops your whole group at the arena entrance on East 15th Ave, stages at a campus parking area, and returns when you're ready to head out. Read the full Matthew Knight Arena group transportation guide for drop-off specifics.
Address: 650 E 15th Ave, Eugene, OR 97401

Lane Events Center
Lane Events Center (796 W 13th Ave, Eugene, OR 97402) is Lane County's primary large-event venue — home of the Lane County Fair (typically the last full week of July), the Willamette Country Music Festival, trade shows, and year-round indoor and outdoor events. During the County Fair, the parking lots off W 13th Ave fill to capacity by midday on weekend days, and traffic on W 13th Ave backs up at the Belt Line Road (OR-569) interchange. A charter bus running a shuttle circuit from your hotel or neighborhood drop-off keeps your group out of the Fair-day parking scramble entirely — and with a charter bus, undercarriage bays handle wagons, strollers, and fair hauls that won't fit in a car.
Read the Lane Events Center group transportation guide for fair-day logistics and event-specific details.

King Estate Winery
King Estate Winery (80854 Territorial Rd, Eugene, OR 97405) is one of the largest organic estate wineries in North America — a biodynamic farm of over 1,000 acres about eight miles south of downtown Eugene along Territorial Road. It's known for estate-grown Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, and the winery includes a full restaurant with vineyard views that draws both wine tourists and locals for special occasions. The access route off Territorial Road is a narrow, winding rural stretch — perfectly manageable in a sedan before the first pour, but a very different situation on the way back to Eugene.
A minibus or Sprinter van handles the rural approach with no stress, gets everyone to the tasting room together, and brings the whole group home safely at the end of the evening. Ask about combining a King Estate visit with a second stop at Sweet Cheeks Winery for a full Willamette Valley afternoon.
